"Driver met us at our hotel early to load our luggage and delivered us to Heathrow Airport in a timely manner. On arrival , he unloaded our bags.
He was not helpful when asked was my charge for the fare already paid with my card on file or do I need to pay? It maybe helpful to inform the driver so he can pass that information to the occupant. "
